Open Source at Work, a Smile event during the Forum

On the 22nd September, the event « Open Source at work » organized by Smile will take place at the OWF. The event will be led by Patrice Bertrand, Smile General Manager, spokesman of the CNLL (Conseil National du Logiciel Libre) and President of the Syntec Numerique Open Source Comitee.

This summit will deal with all aspects of putting open source at work in enterprise information systems, with conferences focused on:

• Open source policy: why you need one, what's in it, how to roll it out.
• Legal aspects of open source, what you should know.
• How large companies use open source as a mean of sharing R&D
• How open source solutions combine community and vendor through extensions.
